Introduction

These Terms govern your use of the Dizzpatch platform as a Rider (“you”). By signing up, you agree to these Terms.


1. Independent Contractor Status

  • - You are not an employee of Dizzpatch.
  • - You control your working hours, routes, and acceptance of tasks.
  • - You are responsible for your taxes, insurance, and compliance with local laws.

2. Rider Responsibilities

As a Rider, you are responsible for:

  • - Accepting and completing deliveries in a timely manner.
  • - Ensuring the safety and security of the items being delivered.
  • - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information.
  • - Complying with all applicable laws and regulations while performing deliveries.

3. Rider Requirements

To be eligible to work as a Rider, you must meet the following requirements:

  • - Be at least 18 years old.
  • - Have a valid driver's license and insurance.
  • - Own a reliable vehicle(s) suitable for deliveries.
  • - Maintain required licenses and insurance
  • - Pass any required verification check
  • - Have a smartphone with internet access.

4. Rider Responsibilities

As a Rider, you agree to:

  • - Accept and complete deliveries in a timely manner.
  • - Accept the prices set by Dizzpatch for deliveries and understand that they may vary based on delivery requirements.
  • - Ensure the safety and security of the items being delivered.
  • - Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information and availability.
  • - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while performing deliveries.
  • - Follow Dizzpatch's guidelines and policies.
  • - Communicate promptly with Dizzpatch and customers regarding any issues or delays.
  • - Not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical behavior while using the platform.

5. Earnings & Payments

  • - You are responsible for your own earnings and taxes.
  • - Payments are made directly by customers to you. Dizzpatch is not responsible for any payment disputes between you and the customers.
  • - Prices are determined by the DizzPatch and may vary based on the delivery requirements.

6. Cancellation

Riders may cancel tasks before pickup, but excessive cancellations may affect account standing.


7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • - Transport illegal or prohibited items
  • - Tamper with or steal items
  • - Use the Platform for unlawful activity
  • - Share your Rider account with others

8. Ratings & Performance

Riders are rated based on customer feedback and performance metrics. High ratings may lead to more opportunities, while consistently low ratings may result in account suspension.


9. Liability

Dizzpatch is not responsible for:

  • - Vehicle damage
  • - Personal injury
  • - Loss of income
  • - Fines or legal penalties incurred while riding

10. Account Termination

Dizzpatch may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.


11. Changes to Terms

Dizzpatch may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
